Fast forward to the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 crisis, innovation and resilience met on José’s grill. It was during those uncertain times that the seeds of José BBQ were sown. Friends, captivated by José’s exceptional culinary creations, began to request his artisanal sausages and seasoned meats for their own home barbecues.
